Our Rates

Our normal rates are as follows but please remember that for late availability or extended stays we may be able to offer you something really special. Always send us an email or give us a call, you never know, you may get a bargain.

2012 & 2013

Easter, Christmas & New Year - $1495/£895 per week.
All other times - $1345/£845 per week.
Pool and Spa Heating is available - $210/£130 per week.

The minimum rental is 4 nights.

The nightly rate is one fifth of the normal weekly rate for rentals of less than seven nights and one sixth of the normal weekly rate for rentals of more than seven nights.

Rentals of less than seven nights incur a $110/£70 cleaning charge.

Payment can be made by:

  • check/cheque
  • bank transfer
  • PayPal (4% handling fee)
  • credit card (4% handling fee)
