“Dear Isabel, This was the first time we ever rented a house for vacation in the USA. At first I was a bit concerned if everything was going to work out. We had the most wonderful vacation in Orlando. The house was exactly as you posted at your website and the rooms are so well distributed that although we were 4 adults and 6 children there was a lot of independence. The laundry room and the kitchen are excellent. The beds and all other furniture were very comfortable and exactly as seen at your website. The Wifi, Play Sation with many games, TVs in all bedrooms and the Games Room helped keep all the children entertained during one of the days we decided to stay home. The house is incredibly close to all Disney parks and only 20 minutes from Super Target. This was the best choice we could have made and we are looking forward to rent this house again in the future and recommend it. "Isabel, your Disney Villa was absolutely perfect for our group! We loved being so close to Disney (took bout 15 minutes door to door). Just up the road from SuperTarget, SuperWalmart, tons of restaurants. The house was so nice to come home to at the end of our park days. The hot tub was amazing. Didn't take long to heat up at all. We enjoyed it every night, especially when the temp dipped down. The bedrooms were roomy, especially the two masters. Your home had everything we needed! I love the location of the house. Gets sun from 9am till sunset. The pool area is ideal and private. (Hot-tub is awesome after a day in the park) Decor is great and comfortable. Cable TV with hundreds of channels in every room (So no fighting over kids TV versus which English Premiership game to watch!!) The management company take care of any issue immediately. I have stayed in quite a few villas around the area over the past 10 or so years but Emerald Isle and Isabel's villa hit the right spot for everything. Definitely going to be back!! "We stayed at Isabels Disney Villa - We loved it ! Three mums and 4 teenage girls we celebrated my daughters 18th there. We loved the location and the villa was perfect! It was immaculately clean and well kept and in a superb location. We enjoyed the pool every day and it was really easy to get to all the attractions we wanted in a matter of minutes. "We stayed at this property for two weeks with our two boys (aged 4 and 6) and we all loved it! The house was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed (and much more!). The pool and hot tub were well maintained, very clean and a welcome relief from the Disney parks! We spent a lot of time outside relaxing by the pool, and our boys had a great time in the water. The pool area at this property gets the sun all day which lots of others don't - we were very glad we weren't on the other side of the street! Emerald Island Resort was peaceful, clean and very secure with helpful staff. Best of all is the villa's location, we were parked at the Magic Kingdom within 15 minutes and the Animal Kingdom is even closer. There is a good supermarket and several restaurants (e.g. Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Outback steakhouse) within 5 minutes of the house which was perfect. I have already recommended this villa to friends and we will definitely use it again. We have stayed at quite a few holiday houses and villas in the past and this is by far the best!" "We traveled in 9 people and the house easily accomodated us. The leisure area was very good for the kids (ages 5 to 8), and it provided for a great afterpark relaxation, while the parents could also relax. the house is very well maintained and equipped, and is about 7 mins from a Publix, a winn dixie and a super target. Last but not least, it is very close to Disney parks (15 min). We really had a great time at Isabel's Disney Villa and we most definitely will recommend it to friends." Jancso Family, Brazil. "I just want to start by saying that I was very nervous to start. We had never rented a vacation home and there is always that concern of what if. What if it's not what they say? What if after I pay and get there to find that it's a scam? Well........it's not a scam and it's exactly as described. What a great place. The pictures you see are bang on. Spotless well maintained home with a 10 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom. Great place to unwind after a day at the parks. Unlike hotels were it just feels like you can't relax. The kids want to go in the pool. Perfect. It's right there. Very quiet not like hotels with slamming doors all night long and people everywhere. I could cook dinner and relax on the patio with the family after. Also have laundry options are great. You can pack less and not get billed for that extra bag at the airport. "What a place! A really large and spacious house in a great location for Disney (5 minute drive into Animal Kingdom). We have two very young children and the house was just perfect and safe. "Dear Isabel The Capone's want to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for Christmas 2010! This was our first time not using timeshare as a vacation homebase, and your house exceeded all of our expectations. We had thought of booking hotel rooms(which seemed so pricey), but I am so glad we changed our minds about that and found your Home online. From the time we arrived and were greeted by the security guard at the gate until the time we left we felt at home! The location and layout were perfect for our family of 2 seniors 5 adults and one 3 year old ( that told me quietly "that he wants to live at my disney house"). The pool and spa were heated and ready for Fun! Your Game room was a hit! And a special thanks for getting us a barbeque grill! Also my 20 something year old daughter loved her princess room(beautiful furnishings thru-out your home). To be honest there wasn't anything we needed that you didn't provide. "We went to the villa from May 2 - May 12 2010 and it was a wonderfull place. It's only a couple of minutes away from all the Disney fun. Our kids had a great time in the pool and their rooms were awsome. Playstation included. We went with 2 families.One family had the rooms upstairs and one the rooms below so everybody has privacy and his own bathrooms. "We had a great time at this villa which was only a short drive from Disney. The location was fantastic, we were at the parks by 9am everyday and were close enough to pop home for a swim and a rest in the afternoon before heading back to Disney for the evening. We also found lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by which was very convenient. The villa was clean and well maintained and we received fantastic customer service from both the villa owner and the managment company when we thought we may be delayed home because of the ash cloud in the UK. The pool was great, we got lots of sun all day and the lighting meant we could swim when the sun went down. We found lots of pool toys available for our use. The games room kept everyone amused when we were at home.The ages of our party ranged from 9 to 51 and we were all able to find our own space when we needed it. "We stayed at this home recently and it is exactly the same as the posted pictures - beautiful!! We entered a very clean home filled with many extras to enjoy (movies, board games, PS2 games). Two families stayed and thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub and games area. There was plenty of room for all! The pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the parks - extremely relaxing. The owner responded quickly and answered all questions I had about the house and area. We chose this home over many others because of it's location, hot tub and secure community. We stayed at Isabels disney villa 12-19th Sep 09. We have stayed on the Emerald Island resort twice in the past and this villa by far is the best. Emerald resort is in a great location to local amenities eg food shops, restaurants and close to the theme parks. The Villa was everything I expected and more. The villa is clean and well maintained. As we have been to Florida alot in the past we didnt go to many of the theme parks this year and opted to relaxing around the villa. The pool area is fantastic as we got the sun all day from 09.00am to 19.00pm. Also we had 4 sunbeds which is rare for villas to provide so many so we were all able to relax. There is also a nice shaded area with table and chairs to enjoy at meal times or if you have had to much sun. The Villa had game boards to hand and also travel books about the area of Florida which was helpful. When we booked the villa it was very last minute, Isabel made the process quick and easy, always returning emails quickly and being very helpful. Also when renting villas you sometimes have to go to an office to collect the key which can be pain when all you want to do after a long flight is get to the villa, but here the door is on a safety code so no waiting around for an office to open to collect the keys. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone adults/children. Debbie Kent September 2009

The villa is as good as it looks, no carefully taken photos here. It really is spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished and very welcoming. A lovely comfortable haven at the end of a long day in the parks, Disney is very close. We didn't explore the resort amenities as we were out such a lot but the whole area appears well kept. "Returning to this relaxing home after a day at the theme parks was reassuring. Our children spent every evening swimming in the pool. They loved the game room, and we had many exciting games of ping pong and air hockey. Isabel is a wondeful home owner. She returned all my emails promptly, and she and her management company made sure everything was squared away for an exciting week. This house met all our expectations and more!! It was beautifully decorated and located in the perfect spot close to all the tourist attractions. We found the house immaculate and well stocked with all the towels and extra blankets that we needed, as well as many extras like games, movies, and books that our family enjoyed. We stayed at Isabel's Disney Villa over the Easter break and had a wonderful time. The villa is spacious, comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need! The house is immaculate and very well looked after. Travelling with 2 teenage boys, we found the Games Room great fun along with the Playstation and, of course, the wonderful pool. Well what can you say - even the booking of the Villa was made a pleasure by Isabel. I have never experienced such helpfulness and genuine interest before in booking a holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered exceptionally quickly. Now the important bit - the Villa. This house is beautiful, it was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the decor is warm and inviting - all rooms are spacious and very well equipped - this is definitely a house that is well looked after. The pool is fantastic and the spa is a welcome treat after a visit to the numerous attractions that are within easy reach of this villa. The location of the villa does merit a mention also in that it is very close to the Disney parks and it has good easy access onto I4 which means all the other main attractions are an easy drive away. The complex the villa is located in is also very good - all the staff at the gatehouse and clubhouse really make you feel welcome. The local agents Iain & Helen also deserve a special mention as when I had a query, it was answered and resolved within the hour. Only problem we found with the Villa was ........leaving, we really wished that we could stay for at least another week. There are numerous restuarants nearby ranging from steaks to seafood with everything in between - special mention to the 'IHOP' - have a breakfast there and you wont need anything until teatime ! So, in closing, I cannot recommend this villa highly enough - We will definitely be looking to return again as soon as possible and I will be giving all the details to friends and family as I know that if they holiday at this particular Villa they will not be disappointed. Everything about this villa is spot on, from the description given from the villas owner to the quick response of the management team when asked to put the pool heat on. The villa was spotless, well maintained and we found the games room excellent fun. Having the villa so close to the parks and the 192 highway meant that we could relax that little bit more and not rush and spend a lot of time in the car. We had a great meal in the outback steak house just near the supermarket were we did most of our food shopping just off the 192. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is off to Florida and wishes to be close to everything, feel safe and have a holiday of a lifetime. WE WILL BE BACK. Isabel, Your house is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a lovely vacation home. My family rented 6 different houses in Emerald Island, and voted our house the most beautifully decorated. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable, I have never had a more relaxing sleeping experience. Please tell me where I could purchase the mattress and pillows. 8/31/2007 We had a wonderful stay at the villa in August 2007. We found it very conveniently situated for the main attractions, and for local amenities (we even watched the Space Shuttle launch from the front garden!). The overall quality of the accommodation, pool and excellent air conditioning, made days spent simply relaxing at home just as enjoyable as the many and varied Florida excursions. 7/31/07 Isabel's Villa was the perfect base for our holiday in Orlando. It was an easy drive to the theme parks and, when we had had enough, we could recharge our batteries in comfort back at the villa, either by splashing in the pool, playing in the games room or watching TV. Other than the parks and some dinner shows, we generally relaxed and spent our time around the pool. By the way, the pool heat works pretty well and we had to call Iain to turn it down! Iain and his wife are indeed very nice and always helpful.... Never did I get to eat in the dining room. The table was set so well but we simply ate outside the whole time.
